This dynamic movement practice rooted in dance and shamanistic knowledge of the body—a practice of meditating with the body—that ignite creativity, connection, and community. Utilizing a simple map that moves us through the 5 rhythms of life, this practice facilitates balance between breath and body, head and heart, the spirit and soul, and ultimately brings the dancer beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of emotional wellspring and genuine self-expression.


All are invited, regardless of background, age and physical ability! Each class will end with a special 20-minute guided meditation. Please bring clothes to move in, water, a towel, and a mat/pillow plus extra layer of warm clothing for the meditation.
