Q: Where are you from?
Q: Why did you start practicing yoga? How often do you practice each week?
We started practicing about 6 months ago and go once a week on Sundays. We had been talking about exercising more and decided to take action. Junko discovered a great little local Yoga studio and the rest is history :o)
Q: Have you noticed any changes in your life since you started regularly practicing yoga?
We notice we have more energy during the week and feel great after class. Also, I suffer from lower back pain and yoga has really helped!
Q: What do you like most about attending classes at tYp?
We really like Danielle and the fact that we can walk to the studio. We also like that it's small and feels personal.
Q: What are your goals for your yoga practice?
We want to make yoga a regular part of our routine with the goal of being stronger and healthier as we get older.
Q: What is your favorite yoga pose and why?
We like Warrior 3 because it's very challenging and we've both seen how we've improved at it since we began.Downdog, it's so foundational but complex and stretches everything. I don't go a day without it.
Q: What is something you'd like to reveal that people don't know about you?
We're both involved in creative endeavors and yoga has really helped our focus and internal energy!
