The California Market Center is the white multi-story building at the corner of 9th and Main Street behind the D.P. Textile & Apparel building. 

 

To find the studio once inside the California Market Center, if possible, take the "A" elevators in the left front hallway from the lobby to the 3rd floor and follow the map below. If you must take the "B" elevators in the right hallway of the lobby as on most weekends, when arriving on the 3rd floor, walk past the escalators, where you will now be by the "A" elevators, follow the map below accordingly.

PARKING (see map below):

 

tYp VALIDATES PARKING from Athena Parking Garage at 220 W. 9th Street between Broadway and Hill (1.5 blocks West from the CMC) $3.00 with validation 2 hours max. If you stay past 2 hours, the garage will charge the full posted rate (except for nights and weekend). Their hours are 6:00a-9:30pm Monday through Friday, and 6:00a-6:30p Saturday. They are CLOSED SUNDAY. Don’t forget to bring your ticket with you so we can validate it.

 

METERS & LOADING ZONES: Please pay close attention to all signs regarding metered parking surrounding the building. As of now, metered parking is free before 8am and after 8pm Sunday through Saturday. There are a some meters that have differing times, and some are free, on Sunday. Again, please pay close attention to all signs! During business hours, there is no parking on Main Street until 9am, and 1 hour meter parking on Olympic, 2 hour meter parking on Los Angeles St. The meters are $3/hr and take credit cards and quarters during business hours.
